Terms and Conditions of Sale – Radio Amorós
1. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of the website https://radioamoros.com (hereinafter, “the Site”), owned by RADIO AMORÓS, with registered address at Carrer de la Constitució, 17, 03440 Ibi, Alicante, phone number +34 965 55 12 81, and contact email comercial@radioamoros.com.
The use of the Site or the completion of a purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Purpose
This document regulates the purchase conditions of the products offered by Radio Amorós through its online store. Any transaction implies acceptance of these conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
3. Products and Information
Radio Amorós reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions, and other commercial conditions) at any time.
Product descriptions and photographs are for guidance only and may undergo slight variations without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable in Spain. Shipping costs and, where applicable, installation costs are detailed separately and shown before the order is completed.
5. Purchase Process
To make a purchase, the user must add the desired products to the cart and follow the purchase process indicated on the Site. During the process, shipping details, billing information, and payment method will be requested.
Once the order is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details. If not received, the user may contact comercial@radioamoros.com.

Payment is considered completed once Radio Amorós receives confirmation of the transaction from the banking institution.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer within an estimated period of 2 to 7 business days, depending on product availability and destination.
Radio Amorós is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistical incidents or force majeure.
8. Return Policy
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reason.
To do so, the customer must notify their intention by email to comercial@radioamoros.com. Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Radio Amorós will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
9. Warranty
All products sold by Radio Amorós are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established under Spanish and European regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
The customer must keep the purchase receipt to claim the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper or negligent use of the product.
10. Personal Data Protection
The personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring their confidentiality and security.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute or discrepancy, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
